Asking this question is akin to asking if Taliban Outfits Are Any Danger to The World Security 
Is Delhi Safe? This question is fundamentally fucked up to begin with. In a city where the police deptt is hand in glove with netas who deploy professional criminals (read rapist), safety is not just an issue, it’s the travesty of the law & order. And, the less we speak of popular solidarity during the crisis, the better!
BK Gupta, the Delhi police commissioner, recently said people should jettison their night life aspirations to feel safe. What a blatant admission of collective failure to protect people from rapists & goons! What do you expect people in the capital city to live like?
