Check out the Return Policies: Black Friday doorbuster is all about mad rushes and it’s possible you can be tempted to buy something that’s not your list. At times, you might buy something from a retail store that has strict return policies. Make sure you inform yourself of the return policies before you grab a deal.
Ask for Gift-receipts: If you are purchasing something for offering it as a gift to someone special, ask the sales staff to provide you with a gift-receipt. A gift-receipt is essentially a receipt without price mentioned on it. It’s possible that the gift recipient may want to exchange the product later. There a gift-receipt will act as a proof-of-purchase and help the recipient to negotiate an exchange at the store. You can include the gift-receipt inside the gift box to make it hassle-free for the recipient.
Pay with Plastic: Many people are not sure if they should pay in cash or use their credit cards on Black Friday doorbuster deals. However, if you consider yourself a responsible credit card user, it’s always wiser to use your credit cards during Black Friday deals.
First off, paying with your credit cards will provide you with the protection against purchase and price and make returns easier. Plus, it will add credit points to you account which you can redeem during the next shop. However, everything depends on the terms of your credit card service provider policies. Therefore, you should reacquaint yourself with those terms before heading out to shop.
